Florida Governor's office trying to privatize the Bureau of EMS

Fellow members,

Below you will find links to three documents. The first is a letter drafted by the EMS Alliance in opposition to the re-organization of the FL Dept. of Health as it pertains specifically to the Bureau of EMS. The second attachment is a brief history of what has lead to this letter being written and the third attachment is the contact info for those to whom we need to address regarding this matter.

Also provided in the last document noted are links which will allow you to find out who your state senator and representative is and then write them as well.

Please keep in mind that while we may be in the holiday season the powers to be are working right along to make this change happen. So, as you are able please consider responding to the appropriate parties about this very important matter and the consequences it holds for the delivery of quality EMS to the citizens of Florida.
